SHIPPING

• We post 5 days a week, we try to keep our postage/shipping prices down and aim to charge you the actual postage/shipping cost, packaging and a small handling fee. 
• Our postage/shipping charges start at $1.00 NZ  (usually 2 - 4 days throughout NZ or 4 - 10 days delivery time internationally) depending on destination
• Please contact us if you need to return a product
  

ORDERS

• We request information from our users on the registration form, such as name, postal address, email for the purpose of filling the customers order, in the event that we have trouble processing the order then the information is used to contact the customer. 
• Most orders that are placed when payment has been received are usually processed and posted/shipped the same day (except for weekends and public holidays in which the order will be posted the next business day) 
• All our products are usually in stock, but if for some reason we are out of stock on an item then we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements.

PAYMENT

• Credit Card:  Payment can be made through Paypal, this can be done through the Secure Paypal system using any major cards whether you have an account with them or not. 
• Internet Banking or Direct Deposit:  We also accept internet banking or direct deposit for those of you who are unfamiliar with the Paypal system.  (Note: Some payments made through the internet banking system can take 2-3 days to appear)
